Whether feeding a group of family members, planning a corporate event or anything in between, Five Guys catering is here to help! Select one of our popular bundles or Build Your Own Box (BYOB for short) to ensure your catering order is just right. A 15-sandwich minimum and 16 hours’ notice is required.

Yes! You can place a Five Guys order online via our website at order.fiveguys.com for in-store pickup or delivery (select locations). Know that if you order fries or a milkshake, they’ll be made when you arrive to ensure optimal freshness.

We know that sometimes issues can arise. We do offer refunds but require a bit of information to do so. Please call us at 866-345-GUYS (4897) from 8am-12am CST or fill out the form on our Contact Us page by visiting fiveguys.com/support-hub/contact-us/. We kindly ask that you provide details about your issue, including the order number, location you visited and the total cost of the order. A customer-service representative or the store will get back to you ASAP!

Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our Locations Page at order.fiveguys.com or download the app.

Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!

You sure can. You can call your local Five Guys store to place an order ahead of time or order online or via our app and choose the time you’d like to pick up.

We know it can be frustrating to wait for an online order, but this is normally only the case when your order contains fries. We wait to drop your fries until you arrive to ensure you receive the freshest cup possible!
